Me and my roommate put in a request because there was a bedbug in our house and even though this could be a severe case no one has come/followed up. I had a problem with my portal and I’ve gone to management around 6 times and every time they act helpful but never follow through. Adding onto this, the water has randomly turned brown even if a water shutoff isn’t occurring and the water is often cold when I try to take a shower even at a normal time.
